Cancel a Subscription

The fastest and easiest way to manage your subscriptions is through your secure online portal. You can disable auto-renewal at any time using our simple one-click cancellation process — no need to contact support.

This will stop your subscription from renewing at the end of your current billing period. Your services will remain fully active until that time, and no further charges will be made.

Please note: For purchases made directly through our website, you'll be asked to verify your identity using two-factor authentication — either by email or by entering the first six digits of the payment method saved to your account. This helps ensure your account remains secure.

To get started, choose the payment method you used at sign-up and follow the step-by-step instructions below.

If you'd like to cancel a subscription, you can manage this easily from your online portal. Just head to the 'My Subscriptions' section in the menu and select 'Cancel Subscription' to begin the process.

Login to your Online Portal through our website.

On your dashboard click the 'My Subscriptions'

Click 'Cancel Subscription' on your subscription.

Verification

As a security measure, we require you to verify your identity as the account holder before we make any changes to your billing preferences. To facilitate this process, we dispatch a verification code to the email address associated with your account.

If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store®, you will need to manage your subscription through your Apple account.

You can manage this easily from your iOS® device by following these steps:

  • Open the settings app
  • Tap the iCloud® Subscription at the top of the screen
  • Tap 'Subscriptions' (this may take a few seconds to load)
  • Tap the subscription you wish to manage
  • Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
  • Alternatively, use this link to open your the Subscriptions section on your Apple account.

    If you purchased a subscription through the Google Play Store, you will need to manage your subscription through your Google account.

    You can manage this easily from your Android device by following these steps:

  • Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
  • Tap your profile icon (top right).
  • Select Payments & subscriptions.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Choose the subscription you'd like to manage.
  • Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions
  • Alternatively, use this link to open your Subscriptions section of your Google account.
